Affirmation #3: Honest Prayer = Shalom

"Be careful for nothing, but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto Hashem. And the peace of Hashem, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and mind through Yeshua Christ."

Inhale and pay attention to where you feel anxious. As you exhale, imagine letting that anxiety go and releasing any tension. Repeat this as needed and bring your requests to Hashem, prior to repenting of anything you may have done knowingly or secretly. It's wonderful to center and get rid of tension, but be careful to never approach the Lord with a request with a revolting or rebellious heart or worse, a corrupted heart. If you have back slidden or left the way of the light, repent and return to Hashem who is quick to forgive and just to redeem. You must truly be sorry because if you're not really sorry, you will be in danger of Hebrews 10: 26-27.
"For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, but a certain featful looking for of judgement and fiey indignation, which shall devour the adversaries."
